Aaron Herskovic is a shareholder of Fabian, Sklar, King & Liss, P.C., having begun working with the firm in 2016 and officially joining the firm at the start of 2018.  Aaron routinely represents individuals and businesses in disputes with their insurance companies, having assisted his clients in collecting millions of dollars in insurance proceeds. He also represents victims of fires and explosions in their lawsuits against the responsible parties.  Upon joining the firm, Aaron and Stuart Sklar successfully led a team of attorneys through an extended lawsuit against an apartment complex for a tragic fire, resulting in a settlement of nearly $10,000,000.

Prior to joining Fabian, Sklar, King & Liss, P.C., Aaron earned respect and acclaim as a trial attorney, successfully litigating insurance disputes and personal injury cases, as well as criminal and complex commercial matters.

A graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School, Aaron has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine and serves on the executive board of the Michigan Association for Justice.

Aaron and his wife, a veterinarian, live in the Huntington Woods area with their two children.  When not working, you can find Aaron at his children’s practices and games, playing golf or cheering on the Michigan Wolverines.
