Adam Kutinsky is a shareholder with Fabian Sklar King & Liss, PC. He is a trial attorney with 20 years of experience handling high value insurance coverage cases. Before joining the firm, Mr. Kutinsky co-chaired the insurance coverage practice at one of the largest defense firms in Michigan.
Mr. Kutinsky holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU®) designation, which is the highest level of instruction attainable in property and casualty insurance and earned by only a handful of attorneys that remain in private practice.
Mr. Kutinsky was featured on National Public Radio (NPR), and his insurance coverage expertise was referenced by Michigan Lawyers Weekly and the Detroit Legal News in separate articles. He has authored pieces on insurance related issues that have appeared in the Michigan Bar Journal, the Insurance and Indemnity Journal of the State Bar or Michigan and other legal and professional publications. He has spoken on the subject of insurance coverage to members the State Bar of Michigan and other professional groups. He is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, which is a fellowship reserved for only 1% of all practicing attorneys in each jurisdiction.
He is AV® Peer Review Rated by LexisNexis/Martindale Hubbell, appears in The Best Lawyers in America© for Litigation – Insurance, was named a “Top 100 Michigan Super Lawyer,” and recognized as a Super Lawyer each year since 2013, as well as a Rising Star in 2011 and 2012. Mr. Kutinsky earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School, and his bachelor’s degree from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
