Joe has practiced law in Michigan state and federal courts since 1992. He specializes in the representation of individuals and businesses that have suffered insured property losses through the claims process and in litigation. His practice also includes the pursuit of claims against negligent insurance agents and other responsible parties. Joe regularly advises individuals, businesses, adjusters, examiners, agents and other attorneys with respect to property insurance issues.

Joe earned his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1992 and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 1987, where he majored in Political Science.

Joe has earned the Martindale-Hubbell peer-reviewed rating of “BV”, signifying his high professional achievement and strong ethical standards. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Justice.
Personal
In addition to his law practice, Joe has also been active in the Berkley PTA and Dad’s Club baseball, along with the Northville chapter of the BNI.
