Elizabeth A. King concentrates her practice on representing policyholders in complex property-insurance disputes—including fire, water, and explosion claims—throughout Michigan. With more than a decade of civil-litigation experience and an extensive background in insurance-defense work, Elizabeth offers clients an insider’s perspective on how carriers value claims and craft coverage denials.

Prior to joining Fabian, Sklar, King & Liss in 2021, she spent almost ten years as Staff Counsel for the Auto Club Group (AAA), handling more than 1,000 first- and third-party auto and homeowners matters. That frontline experience allows her to anticipate insurer strategies and out-maneuver bad-faith tactics, giving policyholders a decisive advantage.
