Aaron Herskovic

Biography

Aaron Herskovic is a shareholder of Fabian, Sklar, King & Liss, P.C., having begun working with the firm in 2016 and officially joining the firm in 2018.  Aaron routinely represents individuals and businesses in disputes with their insurance companies, having assisted his clients in collecting tens of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds. He also represents victims of fires and explosions in their lawsuits against the responsible parties.  Upon joining the firm, Aaron and Stuart Sklar successfully led a team of attorneys through an extended lawsuit against an apartment complex for a tragic fire, resulting in a settlement of nearly $10,000,000.

Aaron is especially skilled at navigating his clients through the property insurance claim process, minimizing the risk of denial and maximizing their insurance proceeds.  Aaron understands the impact a large property loss can have on his clients, and he works tirelessly to ensure that his clients can effectively recover and move forward in the best possible position for them.   

Prior to joining Fabian, Sklar, King & Liss, P.C., Aaron earned respect and acclaim as a trial attorney, successfully litigating insurance disputes and personal injury cases, as well as criminal and complex commercial matters.

A graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Michigan Law School, Aaron has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine and serves on the executive board of the Michigan Association for Justice.

Aaron and his wife Shira, a veterinarian, live in the Huntington Woods area with their two children and their dog, Hutchins. Aaron is an avid golfer, and a diehard fan of the Lions, Tigers and Michigan Wolverines.
